About 3 months ago i was upgraded from 750k to 2mb on NTL Broadband, i had the bills all fine and dandy with the proper prices going through. I get my bill today, and ive been charged for the 3mb broadband, 37.99, when i called for the upgrade i specifically stated i wanted 2mb, and ive had 2 bills since then charging me for the 2mb broadband, I also have additional charges of 18.00 which i have no clue what for.

Can anyone help?
