Ive recently done a similar change. Went from a BB/TV/Phone package to a BB only package.

During the call i was given various other options one of which was to keep the BB/Phone with the phone costing ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£9.99 a month.

As said there is no option for BB/TV only.
