I watched that programme having thought I'd avoid it as it looked like it would be freak show TV. It was actually very sensitive and interesting. Having suffered from anxiety I could empathise with the despair one woman had at recognising the irrationale nature of her behaviour and yet not being able to address it. There were lots of uplifting moments too though as the people involved supported each other and made their own personal breakthroughs.
To me it looked all too easy to spiral into OCD from other mental health disorders which is not a nice thought but, on the other hand, makes it easier to understand and sympathise with OCD sufferers.
Diamond, I think you are suffering from exam related stress and anxiety which is pretty normal. Summer in the Manchester sun (!) will no doubt help you get your head together.
