I changed my settings, for a couple of email accounts, to filter and mark, and so far it has been 100% effective with no false positives.

One thing I noted was the change to the settings did not appear to happen immediately. Someone in the know might like to comment on this but it is possible that changes only get uploaded to the servers doing the filtering on a timed basis (as it common practise with some other systems like this I have used.).
