they took £31 they said it was for the upgrade and the months BB normal fee which is 17.99 and i hav just heard that its 9.99 for the 1st 12 months this is really doing my head in NTL just want more customers meaning more money ill be glad if this EVER gets fixed id love to talk to a member of staff for my self see if it acutally gets sorted
