The one I can thoroughly recommend is the Sony CDX-F7750

It also comes in black and I got it from Car Audio Plus for £200 which included delivery and was delivered in 2 days.

The unit has MP3 & ATRAC3plus playback and the sound quality is exceptional. I had a different MP3 player in my car before and the difference is sound with the sony is unbelievable. It is loud with clear definition and made my old player the weak link in my system.

I would forget about DAB unless you really want it as I looked into it and you do pay a premium like Dave Stones said and not many manufacturers do built-in DAB receivers. The only one I found was a JVC and you then need to attach the aerial to your windscreen and depending on the coating of the windscreen, the reception may not be any good. The alternative is to buy a dab receiver which for a JVC head unit costs around £150.

One question though, why would you want to connect up an mp3 player if the unit already has mp3 playback
