I was on the ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£17.99 1mb service. I phoned Customer Retentions yesterday and they say I'm now on the ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£9.99 tariff like new signups. This was done without any argument. They did say I wouldn't see it on my statement for 30 days, so I'm yet to be completely convinced.

(Can you tell I've been with NTL for a while? I think it's the cynicism that gives it away).
