For all we know, this particular employee could be on here, but that's by the by.
If a complaint was made, then the employee would be able to put his side of the story - as Chris has said, iommi wasn't exactly tactful in the language he used, but the employee shouldn't have rung him back purely to get iommi to repeat himself.
