All you need is a double barrel adapter & a length of cable with plugs on (or 2 if you have sky+).

Your local sattelite shop should be able to provide these.

Ideally you should replace the entire length, using the correct, double-screened coaxial cable. See page 7 of the catalogue.

In practice you will get away with using two 090-3076 Threaded "F" plugs and an 090-3078 Threaded "F" barrel to join two lengths of cable. Not recommended as it introduces a discontinuity that digital signals may not like.
