True but he said that he sees the coffe cup in the systray so I assume he has it installed ??
As you say could be a conflict, best to ( IMHO ) uninstall and try again
EDIT:- sorry, I just read the post again, I missread the first time, will think on it but stil ll think a clean install is the best option, I'll see if I can dig up some links
