This is my opinion and meant not to offend any 'grown-ups' on the forum.

Without meaning to sound antagonistic..... I find it difficult to believe that you could have formed an informed decision based upon only the first paragraph or so.

I for one prefer to save my judgements until I've read the whole thing.

For the record, I've read all of the books (apart from the new one). Whilst they're not stunning in a literary sense, they are (nonetheless) good fun - and a fairly easily absorbed diversion.
