I thought it had a 'mature' rating and the highest was 'adults only'? I've no idea what the actual content of the mod is, all I've heard is that it involves a lot of sex (I think they mean consenting otherwise they would probably have called it rape). IMO it's a warped sense of priorities where sex (consenting) in video games calls for a higher rating than indiscriminate killing.
Never played GTA though but it's tempting to go out and get it just to see what all the fuss is about
