The reason for the problem:

They seem to appear in groups of about 10 in a short space of time.
As far as I am aware I do not have any viruses, well Nortom tells me I have nothing.
Has someone spoofed my e-mail address, which is the reason why I am receiving these error messages.
Should I be concerned about this?

More likely to be someones attempt to see if your address is live, if you haven't sent the email then delete the warning and ignore them.
