I tried to use selfcare on BY to upgrade my account from 1mb to 2mb, but, after reading the terms and conditions, it said at the bottem that "telewest 2mb is ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£35 a month (or ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£39.99 if another telewest service is not taken")

I have never heard about this-and just wanted to ask if anyone else knows about this, as it is not advertised on the telewest website!

Because im not paying ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£40 a month for telewest 2mb ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£35 is already pushing it!
