The thing ntl have to work with is that not alot of people use either the
ntlworld email address or visit ntlworld.com which are the easist way to tell people about this, I saw the free upgrade and now this free netgaurd.
People I talk to do not even know about the speed upgrade and how long has that been out, if people used one of the above means there would be no grief.
