Yes but today I called NTL to downgrade from 2MB to 1MB. I got broadband installed six months ago and am in contract for another six.
The lady told me it would be £17.99. So, without much hope, I asked her if there was any chance of me getting it for £9.99. To my surprise she put me through to someone else who changed my bill to £9.99 a month.
