Yeah I use NTL, so it's not Telewest's problem my internet doesn't work...
Anyway, just wanted to say that since nobody helped me with Sygate, I gave up and installed another firewall, which is Kaspersky Anti-Hacker and I found it quite good. Internet works and firewall does great job...
