as far as I know (and I may be wrong adn will stand corrected) there are 3 levels you can be on with an ntl cable modem:
1 meg, 2 meg and 3 meg
if you are on 300k you should reboot or ring in or soemthing to make the speed go up |
No, 300k is still available to existing customers who were on it before the latest round of speed increases. It is not available to new customers and you cannot go back to it if you upgrade from it.
