Nice find Shaun! We use BT for all our calls, as our monthly bill is so low it's not worth the hassle of changing. I'll be activating this when I get home. Our handset has caller display built in but we've never used it before.

Hmmm ... didn't need to call from the line that is to benefit - I just did it from my work phone.

Caller Display should be active within 24 hours. I also registered for the Telephone Preference Service, which is part of this new BT Privacy at Home service, although I think we already were ...
