Just received a flyer through the door offering ntl Broadband 1mb to new customers at £9.99 per month for a year. As an existing £17.99, 1mb customer I was naturally somewhat put out.
Phoned customer services and they offered me 3 months at £9.99. I suppose that's better than nothing but I did wonder about cancelling my existing contract and starting again.
Is this another example of how ntl alienate their existing customers?
