Thanks guys, again, but I did the cowardly thing and did a ghost restore. Lucky for me I did a full back up last week so i haven't lost much. I did have to re-install all the BB as I only joined in Friday. But that was no problem, this time. I can now right click and disable from the control panel.
I now notice that NTL email is out. Some sort of maintenance. I will have to wait until the morning to test my outlook express.
