I wouldn't put Coolermaster, Thermaltake or Antec in the "higher end" range, they're most definately in the low - middle. For really good heatsinks you need to look at the higher end Arctic Cooling, Thermal
right (in conjunction with a decent low noise akasa, papst or panaflo fan), possibly even Zalman.
As for the 3 DVD burners, as I recall, Pioneer, LiteOn and NEC all come off the same production line, so whichever one of them 3 are the cheapest.
