I have previously used a .tiscali.co.uk E-mail address via dial up and webmail (I do have an ntlworld one that I had for dial up but that was flooded with spam from the minute I set it up so Iâ₠¬ÃƒÆ’¢â€žÂ¢ve always used Tiscali). I have configured the account in Outlook and can receive mail OK to my tiscali address, however I cannot send mail from my .tiscali.co.uk address unless I sent the outgoing smtp server to be ntlworld.com (as opposed to smtp.tiscali.co.uk)
So †¦ is this normal now that I am on Broadband and not dialling up to Tiscali and also will the fact I am going through an ntlworld smtp server effect any Tiscali mail and any suggestions on how I can get the smtp.tiscali.co.uk to work (or will it never work with ntl broadband)

Many thanks
Are you intending to keep both your Tiscali and NTL accounts?

If so you will need to set up 2 separate e-mail connections, one for Tiscali and another for NTL.
