Can she not contact NTL CS to have her MAC address registered against the account so that she doesn't have to provision?
Really you cannot transfer a BB setup between PCs as there isn't much to transfer, the only thing on setup on the PC is IE being told not to dial a connection and possibly a proxy setting.
