in the bag of screws and pins there were these little red rings no wider than a screw head and i have placed them under the mobo on top of the mountin pins

and yeah i have tried a diffrent psu i tried the one i am using now and also the one that came with my new case which is a 550w i'll try it all out the case but if that dont work then it deffo the mobo and thanks for all your help
