Hi
I used to use FTP to upload files to my various web sites (not hosted with Telewest for technical reasons) without problems.

Since sometime March/April this year, I have been getting lots of errors. Timeout errors report by Internet Explorer are frequent. As I am uploading more and more files, this is getting very frustrating an I have to do something about it.

But where do I start? I'm not suggesting it is Telewest, bit this seems like a good forum to ask! Of course, if anybody else is gettign the same issues, I woudl liek to know.
