Nah!I can only plead it's been a very long day.Went to London at 8 this morning finally got home at 23.45.Cr@p train service out of whack to to cancellations,bad weather and signal failures.Got soaked in a lousy storm in Leicester Square and had to buy a lousy umbrella.Same cr@p train service coming back.
Got home got on the Gosport ferry hoping to get over to the other side to catch last bus home and had to wait for 20 minutes before they decided to finally sail.Missed last bus.Went to taxi rank.Only by this time EVERYONE has finished with Festival of The Bluddy Sea and there are too many queueing for taxis.Then we crawled all the way home through everyone driving out of Gosport to go home.The only bright spot was that the couple I offered to drop off on the way paid so much for the taxi fare I didn't have to pay anything.
Now I really should go to bed.Silly son could have a lie-in tomorrow but 'wants to get into college early'..WHY? asks my very suspicious mind......
