You can safely stop & disable "SSDP Discovery Service" - it's associated with "Universal Plug 'n' Play", which is pointless & already disabled.

Windows Time is used for updating the clock online (the "Internet Time" tab when you bring up the time/date). You can safely disable it, although it means you'll have to remember to check your clock is right every now & then.
