Hmm. I'm sure I read something a while back about ntl planning one.... can't find where I read it though!
In any case, Telewest are
definitely planning a PVR box for this year, with a 160GB HDD & three tuners. If TW are doing one, ntl surely will too. Plus, of course, they're expected to merge anyway some point this year...
