I know my mum had a remote with orange buttons on for telewest analogue TV. When she upgraded to digital quite a few years back, they left the remotes behind, just asking her to throw them away... there may be someone who kept theirs (if NTL do the same thing!)
So if you know anyone who has upgraded recently... give them a ring
