Ok I feel guilty now so I wont be ringing up threatening to leave etc
I was pleased when I got a speed increase but because I didn't want to change my STB I am now on a faster speed for £7 a month less so I wont be greedy and try to screw them for more
Not only that but I might get Orangebird on the other end of the phone lol
