You need to find out the make and model of your motherboard. The manufacturer should have a program for updating the Bios. It may be possible to do this from Windows (I know newer Asus boards support this), but you will probably need a boot disk to run the program from.

If you post the make and model of your motherboard here, I'll try and find their site for you.
