Just spoke to NTL retentions department and spoke to someone called Luther. Offered me deal where i get free phone line rental and a loyalty bonus of ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£8.50 per month. Saving me a total of ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£19 per month.

I asked at least 3 times if i was entering a new 12 month contract and he confirmed on all 3 occasions that i wasnt and that i could cancel at anytime i wanted.
