Thanks NOONOO, I just called CS and spoke to a very helpful lady (thanks Nicola) who has reduced my bill by ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£11 per month for 12 months, the same as the bundle 2 offer for talk 24 users. I did not need to take out a new contract and am still free to cancel anytime.

To be honest I was not expecting this response from NTL and for once they have exceeded my expectations.
