Hi Janet

My advice is to do as the man says.... that Winsock fix is a godsend. run it, it will reboot your PC and all should be well. I've run it so many times, I got sick of dynamic IP addresses and told my PC to always use 192.168.0.111, which is within reach of my wireless router but too high a number tobe used by the kids' PCs.

Once you have run the Winsock fix program, save it somewhere where you won't delete it though.
