I live in welwyn garden city in Hertfordshire (al7)

Ok i've just turned the firewall back on and am running adaware. Although i've been having this problem and am pretty sure my pc was spyware free as i run adaware quite often. Hadn't thought about running it again as i just formatted my pc and reloaded windows.
