Would suggest that a quick Personal Message to
Chris T or
Paul M might be in order, just to explain that you weren't intending to spam.
You can access the PM system for either person by clicking on "Quick Links" > "Private Messages" and then (on the left of the screen) "Send New Message".
You will need to put the name of either (or both seperated by a ; ) of them into the to box.
