Thanks for the welcome Toto. When I arrived home from work this evening my wife told me that NTL had telephoned at about 4.00 pm to say that both of the e-mail addresses should now work. I have checked and they do.

Thanks NTL, the two women in my life, my wife and my daughter can now receive their e-mails. It would have been interesting to know what the problem was though.

By the way, can you normally use any one of your valid e-mail addresses with their passwords to gain access to your e-mail account manager page as I am able to do? I thought you were only supposed to gain access to this page using your primary e-mail and password provided when your account was originally set up?
