There must be so many people that manage to get past thier problems & lead a normal life that everyone should be given the chance to attain the same. To make the decision to split a mother from her new born baby, which needs the nourishment & comfort of it's mother must be really hard & would I think take legal action rather than just someone saying so.

who said that you should put all sufferers of PND in institutions?
this women was obviously a unique case. she had mental illness problems before the PND which may just have added to an illness which was already there
