Seriously not much to say, loads of dosh has already been spent in Leicester getting networks digital ready along with breaking them down for better broadband connectivity, not much else to say really as I don't know any more than that.
Very very much doubt it. Had they gotten anywhere near getting their investments back wouldn't have had to go through bankruptcy protection and trade billions in debt for equity. |

, I knew the broadband upgrading was done, and if they were going to pullout then yeah I guess they wouldnt have done the upgrades but I knew nothing of the other stuff.
You think it could be done for sometime in 2006?
