John got it right on. It appears you've now solved the problem by getting some hosting anyway, although I would recommend looking at Apache rather than IIS if you end up running a server on your PC anyway -I do so that I can test server-side scripting such as PHP without having to upload the file to a remote server. It also makes the whole development process much faster
