Absolutely despicable. She deserves way more than 12 months considering that if the guy was convicted, he would have done 12 years, and basically had his life ruined. Sex offenders don't exactly get an easy life inside or outside of jail.
This is my worst nightmare, and way too common. 12 months will be nothing to her
