When you are viewing websites you keep getting asked for passwords for Outlook??
Password queries on sites can occur if cookies get damaged or deleted. Password queries from email servers can just be a server problem or damaged password listing for that account. If it's an email account asking for passwords then you could try deleting the account and re-creating it.
