What get me is the proposals are being considered but the papers want us to believe its a done deal. I cant see it happening to be honest.
Edit - Just thinking about it, wouldn't it be cheaper for the government to just put an extra levy on fuel and scrap the road tax all together. They could then place tolls on certain stretches of road, surely this would give much the same results without the cost of the black boxes and the public outcry.
