I think this whole thing is ridiculous. Sure, give the kid a warning, and throw him out of the next exam if he does it again, but I really don't see what purpose is served by refusing him entry. This school needs to get a sense of proportion.
Unless of course we are only hearing half the story here (which wouldn't surprise me)
