I would try a gmail account, if it gets through then you will know that there is a problem somewhere between NTL and Wanadoo when it comes to email, it may be that someone has put us on a blacklist again

I check my emails on Outlook E
I have just checked out Google I could not find where I can sign up for a Gmail. I have never signed up as a user on Google and I am not sure if I can get a gmail A/C.

Do you not have a flashing sign in the top right corner telling you that you have a private message?
