ah that looks like a poxy "supermail" we are now forced to send these to people, its the "dealing with Spam" one, well i say forced not quite forced, but we might as well be....
Apperently they reduce call times according to our beloved management, what they actually mean is, send them a supermail & put the phone down, so instead of them being a usefull tool to help reinforce issues with customers,after you have explained & showed them or something they can print out & keep incase they ever need to do it again, we are supposed send that & hang up, thus reducing call times...
if you need anymore we now have them covering various subjucts, to be fair, some are quite good, & cover everything they need to cover, some are like that & full of drivle.....
