Apologies if this has already appeared.
I'm trying to access internet/e-mail via a client pc- my network is connected by Belkin 4 port router and both systems are using windows xp. checked out cables etc. and all seems fine - even get icon showing that I'm connected!
the errors I'm seeing are:- in internet it's "cannot display page"
e-mail errors are "the conection to the server has failed.Account:'pop3ntlworld.com'server:smtp.ntlwo rld.com;[rotocol:smtp,port: 25, secure(ssl):no,socket error:10061,error number: 0x800ccc0e
and also the conection to the server has failed. account : 'pop3.ntlworld.com;server:pop.ntlworld.com;pop3,po rt:110. secure(ssl: no, socket error:10061, error number: 0x800ccc0e
tried contacting ntl support on phone to be told that networking isn't supported. please help!!
