Help needed on remote controls!!!
 My dog delightfully ate my remote control, it's the long black telewest one and i'm looking at ones for sale on e-bay can i only use the black one or will the silver one work??? i think my box is a 4000 well it says DI4000 on it. any help much appreciated!
