I am new to broadband and don't know if this is right or not.

I am on the cheapest package but had the free double speed upgrade.

Before the upgrade the speed showed 12.0 mbps at the 'computer connection' icon in my toolbar.

After the upgrade it is exactly the same.

Is this right?

Thanks in advance for your help.
